General Terms and Conditions of Sale
EARTHIVA - Sale of Spices and Related Products
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern sales of products offered on the website Earthiva (“www.earthivaoffical.com”), operated by [EARTHIVA], registered under [Business Registration / Company Number], with registered office at [Full Address].
2. Products
The products available for sale include spices, blends, and limited to only those shown on the company website.
Each product is presented with a detailed description. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.
3. Prices

Shipping fees are added at checkout.

6. Delivery

number of their package by email . The buyer is delivered to their home by their postman.
If the buyer is absent, he will receive a delivery notice from his postman,
which allows him to collect the products ordered from the nearest post office,
during a period indicated by the postal services.
Transport risks are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment
the items leave EARTHIVA's premises. The purchaser is required to check
the condition of the packaging of the goods and their contents upon delivery in the presence of the postal worker or delivery person
. In the event of damage during transport, any protest must be
made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In compliance with applicable consumer law, customers have a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the date of receipt of goods, without needing to provide a reason or pay penalties.
⚠️ Exception: For hygiene and safety reasons, spices whose packaging has been opened or unsealed cannot be returned.
8. Legal Warranty
The seller is responsible for product conformity and for hidden defects, in accordance with applicable consumer protection and civil code provisions.
9. Liability
The seller cannot be held liable for damages arising from misuse of the purchased product.
10. Personal Data
Data collected during the order process is necessary for order management and may be shared with service providers (such as carriers or payment processors).
